Oceanic Wind Energy Inc. (formally NaiKun Wind Energy Group Inc.) is pleased to announce our shareholders voted in favour of the name change and the sale of the project development rights to Northland Power Inc.   On May 15, at the company’s Annual General and Special Meeting, 50% of outstanding shares were represented with 99% of voted shares voted  in favour of the sale of NaiKun Wind Development Inc. to Northland Power Inc.    In the coming days we will be updating the website with new information that reflects this positive step for the company.
