After returning from WWII, Jack Frawley resumed his job as a fuel truck driver in Whitewater. In 1948 Jack purchased the business from Cities Service Oil Company and changed the name to Frawley Oil Company. Jack and his wife Betty operated the business and raised their family in Whitewater.
