SEATTLE (Oil Monster): It is anticipated that Asia would drive the expansion of oil and gas pipeline infrastructure worldwide. By the end of the current decade, the region is predicted to contribute over 35% of all new pipeline installations worldwide.
Strong economic expansion, growing energy consumption, and continued industrialization in important nations like China, India, and Indonesia are the main forces behind the anticipated rise. Throughout the projected period, these nations are probably going to make significant investments in pipeline infrastructure projects.

India will be the biggest contributor to Asia's anticipated pipeline growth. It is anticipated that the nation will account for around 40% of the overall growth in the area. The government's emphasis on maintaining energy security and the growing use of natural gas are probably going to help the expansion.
The vast majority of ongoing projects have already received the required regulatory clearances. For example, it is anticipated that the Kandla-Gorakhpur natural gas liquid pipeline, which is presently being built, will start operations later this year. The Dhamra-Numaligarh oil pipeline and the Mehsana-Bhatinda gas pipeline are two other significant projects that are almost finished.
By 2030, China is expected to contribute 36% of the growth in the Asian pipeline, making it the second largest provider. Indonesia will be another significant contributor.
